Qigong and taijiquan are Chinese mind-body exercises that can reduce stress, improve focus, and bring about relaxation. They can improve balance — physical, psychological, and emotional — and have been shown to help with pain relief, breathing, and overall health. No prior experience is needed to take part in this class; just wear flat shoes and loose-fitting clothes that you can easily move in.
