Qigong and taijiquan are Chinese mind-body exercises that can reduce stress, improve focus, and bring about relaxation. They can improve balance—physical, psychological, and emotional—and have been shown to help with pain relief, better breathing, and overall improvement in health. No prior experience needed. No special clothes, shoes, or props; just wear flat shoes and loose-fitting clothes that you can easily move in.
